Give Us Time charity holiday park stays
Give Us Time charity, the charity enabling service families to reconnect after periods of separation has delivered a heartfelt thank-you to one of Britain’s largest holiday park groups.
Park Holidays UK is now providing no-cost holiday accommodation to 100 families every year, helping them to re-adjust to a life together after deployment.
Holidays for Military Families
The group operates over 40 holiday parks across Britain, and has teamed up with the Give Us Time charity to ensure that its holiday stays are enjoyed by the most deserving.
Founded in 2012 by former Army medic Liam Fox MP, the organisation matches donated holiday accommodation with military families in need of rest and rehabilitation.
It points out that often after six months away from home, family dynamics can change considerably and that getting back to normality can be a stressful time for all concerned.
