Park Holidays UK has issued a massive “thank you” to staff across its 40-plus holiday parks after they helped to win the group a prestigious customer service award. For the sixth year in succession, Park Holidays UK has scooped a Feefo seal of excellence award which recognises the high quality experience delivered to its customers.
The award is based on the number of glowing reviews received by the business in the previous twelve months from both guests and holiday home owners.
Feefo is one of the world’s most trusted independent review websites, and carries a special weight as only verified customers are permitted to leave comments.
Park Holidays UK achieved a near 100% thumbs-up across all key areas of the parks’ operations, including the quality of its leisure facilities, catering, and cleanliness.

But just as significant, said director Tony Clish, was the vote of confidence given by reviewers to Park Holidays UK’s high standards of customer service:
“We know from comments left by many customers that it’s the relaxed atmosphere, friendliness, and hospitality which people value most during their holidays with us,” said Tony.
“Delivering this is the responsibility our staff teams at each park, and guests often mention their helpfulness, enthusiasm, and concern to help everyone has the best possible time.

Bookings for 2023 are extremely buoyant, he added, and Park Holidays UK is this year providing thousands more holidays than last season to cope with demand.
Guests can pay as little as £129.00 for a three-night stay in a caravan holiday home in April, or just £197.00 for three nights or £309.00 for seven nights in July.
The prices cover up to six people staying in a fully-equipped holiday home, plus use of all the parks’ leisure facilities such as swimming pools, plus great value restaurants and relaxing club houses.
