Nestling beneath the South Downs,Three Ponds Holiday Park offers an oasis of peace and tranquillity.

The Park offers you the opportunity to take a leisurely stroll around one of the ponds, have a relaxing afternoon fishing, or just sit back in your garden enjoying a summer's BBQ at your luxury holiday home.

For the more energetic, a walk or cycle ride on the downs is accessible direct from the park. The children's play park and ball area offers a fun and safe environment for the youngsters to let off steam and make new friends.

Our conservation work on the Park has led to an abundance of flora and fauna and has resulted in us winning the prestigious David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award for the last 11 years.

Ideally situated for exploring the beautiful East Sussex countryside, visiting majestic Eastbourne, vibrant Brighton or The Historic county town of Lewes.

A short drive from the Park will find you relaxing on one of our local beaches, visiting local attractions or strolling through the Seven Sisters Country Park. Enjoying the delights of northern France via Dieppe is also a convenient possibility.

The local pubs and restaurants offer a wide variety of foods and ales with sussex's own Harveys Beer served at our local pub.
